Late or Later?
Should I believe in things that others couldn’t comprehend?
Should one be rational amidst the reality’s bliss?
Am I wrong in doing things that sets me free?
It just happened / it did and it existed /
The most stunning beauty that could ever be /
A never-ending darkness / a long-lasting conflict /
I don’t believe in providence but I felt her with me /
Everything happens for a reason / as always will be /
Is she the reason of my hollowness / for her to complete me?
I was with someone / I knew I am / I need to /
But then the wordplay ended / I was with me /
I never realized / I never understood /
She was taking some part of me / emptied me too…
Why does fate try to turn back the hands of time?
Why does it hurt so bad not having her?
A dream come true, a wish granted, was all I ever asked.
To be with her / to hold her / to have her / as mine /
She had me at first but still she calls me hers at last /
My past missed / my present occurring / futures intertwine /
Presented her my world / for her to recognize me more /
Terrified at first ‘cause this might not last as I anticipated /
But she embraced what I could offer and didn’t close her door /
She showed me love / how to love / to be loved / be respected /
Before / I believe in limits / I believe in things that cannot be done /
That was before I met her / when fantasies were for the opulent /
She made me consider / impossible doesn’t exist / ‘twas long gone /
I am now me because of her / and I will cherish every moment /
I thank her for being there / just by being there / I feel blessed /
She made me love her just by doing nothing /
Even with her presence / I still miss her / I’m never satisfied /
I want her more / more than she could ever offer /
