You Said You Would Never Hit Me
It was just a lie.
You said you would never hit me .
Now hear I sit and cry.
The first time I forgave,but didn't forget.
You said you would never hit me.
But you did with regret.
Not once, not twice, but three different times.
You said you would never hit me.
Yet you have committed theses crimes.
You said you would never hit me and not a word was true.
You said you would never hit me.
In this life one day, I may become you.
Does it make you feel like a Man?
I only know this, it will never happen again.
You said you would never hit me.
It was only a lie.
Now I must let go before someone die.
I have to let you go and this is no lie.
I took you in and took care of you.
Instead of you showing love this is what you do.
