like leaves when they fall
be gentle my dear, cast not harsh words .
like baby sang to sleep so your words,
softly say goodbye, let your words be like leaves falling,
so they hit the ground, leaving no wounds or sound.
be gentle my dear , let no water in my face be seen, for
i'm a man i don't want to be seen .leaves are falling its
clear to see so as the wind is ready to blow.
be gentle my dear cast not harsh words.
be gentle my dear, have sympathy .
you see a man crying keep it a secret.
i will let you be at ease.
just let me weep to sweep the pain goodbye.
be gentle my dear and dare not look back.
backward i move opening a gap that will never
be covered nor by prayer nor tear of blood.
be gentle my dear and cast not harsh words.
