Just one thought
Tear and pulls on my brain
I try to hold off and time and time again refrain
From these thoughts I just can't seem to contain
The darkness that clouds my mind seems to obtain the only happiness and peace that I find.
My body and soul completely drained
Not only am I alone and full of doubt
Im covered with fear and drenched with defeat
My lonely darkness belongs to me
I can't be saved and I can't go to sleep
Lying awake in these cold lonely nights
Silent and dreary
Silent and dark
Nothing is right and nothing makes sense
Im crying out for help my body is tense
No one here to save me nor here to listen
So i lay here defeated and imprisoned within my own mind that I can't seem to win.
The days seem longer the nights never end
Im drowning in my own thoughts
I guess that's my own sin
