A Parting
angry with me, for
cheating the smile and
wading into violence of tears.
It was hard on me.
You will not find any remains
of my departure.
Like a cuckoo
breaking its flights in mid air
and falling from the sky.
It was not that simple-
to embrace the solitude. I
was your dream and I was
your pain.
A pithy moon-
in all-out night, smothering
the wet lips. I want
no more affairs.
A ripened age wants only
a handshake to finalize an exit.
