Spring Whispers
And snow gives way to gentle rain,
A whisper stirs the sleeping land,
A touch from nature's tender hand.
The crocus, bold, breaks frozen ground,
Its purple bloom a sight profound,
Daffodils nod with golden head,
In fields where once the snow had spread.
The robins sing their sweet refrain,
In trees that life once more regain,
Budding branches reach for skies,
Where sunlit days now longer lie.
Streams released from icy bind,
Dance with joy, their paths they find,
Children's laughter, light and free,
Echoes in the warming breeze.
The world awakes, it stretches, stirs,
As life in every corner blurs,
A tapestry of colors bright,
Heralds in the spring's delight.
In this season of birth and song,
All seems right, and naught feels wrong,
For once again, the world is new,
Bathed in spring's refreshing dew.
